If you brought a game last year to the show, thank you very much! The rain last year certainly did not make it easy! The 2012 venue is the Ramada located on Bluegrass Parkway. Very close to last year's show, in fact it is just across I-64. Why the change? First it is much more accessible for loading and unloading games! Power is not a problem either! We are expanding from about 6000 sq ft last years show to over 22,000 sq ft for the 2012 show.  The hotel room rate is also only 69.95 a night for the show, so book a room and have a good time.

Does your game not support Free Play? No Problem!

This year, we will have available "wooden coin mechs" for your game. These mechanisms will fit most games without any modification (as long as it has a coin slot). Simply slide this mech in, connect the aligator clips to the credit switch, and you are done! The coin return switch is now the credit switch. Best of all, keep it! This mech is a gift to you for bringing your game for all to enjoy.  If you have a game that can not be turned on free play, and this is something that sounds good to you, let us know.
Electrical outlets and power strips will be layed out for your machine to plug into. You are the owner of your machine, and thus you are responsible for making sure the game is safe to play.  Obviously we reserve the right to unplug any machine that is not safe.  Want to sell or trade it? This is the best place to do so! Last year we had over 2000 attendees, and we had several people wanting to buy machines. Maybe you are tired of the arcade you had for several years and want to swap it out..bring it here!

Ok so I want to bring my machine. Now what?

Very simple. We need to know you are coming and we need to know what you are bringing. Why? For each game you bring, you get a free admission! We also want to give you some free stuff, so we need you to register. Lastly, we want to make sure the layout of the machines makes sense and that the power is distributed accordingly so that your machine is working as best as it can be.
